My heart knows the way combination

My heart knows the way is a combination essence of Scarlet Fuchsia, Lavender and White Clover.

This essence promotes a shift from head based thinking to heart based knowing. It is helpful when we literally feel that we don't know the way forward and that we can't think straight anymore.

Often as a child we repress emotions and close them down safely in the heart chakra so that no one can hurt us BUT when these emotions are neglected or unresolved we can become closed to the simplicity and beauty of heart based knowing.  Red Fuchsia helps us to thaw those emotions and to ignite the heart fire again - allowing our emotions to be our greatest allies. Lavender calms and soothes any painful emotions that arise allowing them to be witnessed in a loving and non judgemental way. White Clover oversees the re alignment from head based "control" thinking to heart based knowing and acceptance.
