Cygnus starlight essence energy encourages us to “live as if  our lives depended on it!”

It encourages us to face up to ourselves, to really look at ourselves.

Much as the ugly duckling story we may hold aspects of ourselves from the past that have led us to believe that we don’t fit in.

It has convinced us that we are flawed or a myriad of other negative self-talk aspects.

However much as the ugly duckling grows into a beautiful swan we too transform as we push through our perceived barriers.

It helps us to accept all our facets and to return to what we know to be our truth – that truth that has been suppressed for most of this lifetime if not longer.

It allows us to accept ourselves and others fully, dissolving the barriers around us whilst we become fierce protectors of our truths.

Cygnus helps make sure that we achieve what we came here and don’t die with our song unheard.

That may sound a bit dramatic but we all arrive with purpose and not to fulfil it becomes more and more painful.

Cygnus helps us to reignite our soul passion and blossom as we should.
