Cinnabar

Cinnabar is a stone that packs a bit of a punch. It works on the lower heart chakra predominantly and clears a lot of " unhelpful history" held in that area.

It is a bit like a pendulum in that it weighs and balances the energies in effect doing a full recalibration after it has done its work. Consider it a bit like an energetic MOT and service. It allows us to discern more clearly what is going on both within and outwith. It clears from the head downwards so in effect ushering out the thoughts following through to the energy that is held and has often been magnified by the thoughts. Making the clearing easier as it is cleared on it origin rather than its growth within us.

It also helps to shield us while we go through this recalibration process.
